Job Description:

• Creating and updating process specifications
• Monitoring tool and process results including SPC
• Designing running and documenting results of experiments
• Leading Teams to improve yields reduce cycle time or reduce cost
• Process qualification of new equipment
• Communicating and consulting with team members and other staff as necessary to successfully complete tasks
• Must keep accurate records of all activities related to running process experiments or making process changes
• Other design development and support tasks as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering or other related engineering discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and create unique solutions to problems
• Experience with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel
• Must be well organized with the ability to present information for suggestedprocess improvements to the WaferFabrication engineeringteam
• Effective verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Legacy wafer fab working with technologies on 3 to 6 wafers is a plus
• Experience in photo or etch is a plus
• Skills in using AI improve to do research analyze data and present data is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position which could be performed in the US is $70304 - $205000.*
