The Senior Engagement Manager on the Be The People Experience & Activation team serves as the relationship and execution owner for one of BTPs two growth tracks Regional Networks or Organizational Networks. Be The People is building a movement of 900000 leader ambassadors and the growth that matters most happens on the ground through the partnerships this role builds and holds.

The Senior Engagement Manager is the relationship and execution owner for their track building and holding the partnerships that turn strategy into activation. On the regional side that means working with local leaders and implementing organizations. On the organizational side it means engaging national leader networks and both cases the Sr. EM owns the full landscape of their track: developing context-specific engagement strategies and working closely with their Community Manager to run the convenings and touchpoints that build real community on the ground.

Year 1 is not about executing a known playbook it is about building one. Each market and each partner is a discrete experiment designed to surface what makes activation work. The learning this role generates directly shapes how BTP scales its leader engagement strategy over time.

The Sr. Engagement Manager reports to the Director of Platform Growth & Leader Activation and manages a Community Manager.
