• Retail Domain testing experience (POS Supply Chain Digital)
• Automation tool - Selenium Testing Framework
• Testing Architect background - ensure all testing is following Quality standards and stable

* 5 years of experience

* Work with many different teams

* Proven experience of successfully coordinating End-to-end test activities for larger teams/projects

Could go long term

Hybrid - POS testing has to be at the local Lab

End-to-end (E2E) testing is a software testing methodology that validates an entire software application from beginning to end. It simulates real user experiences to ensure that all integrated sub-systems-such as the user interface back-end servers databases and third-party APIs-work together seamlessly. 1 2

How It Works: A Real-World Example

Consider an e-commerce checkout flow. Instead of just testing if a buy button works in isolation (unit testing) an E2E test runs through the entire customer journey: 1

1. User Interface: The user logs in and searches for a product.
2. Back-End & Database: The item is added to the shopping cart and the inventory database updates.
3. Third-Party API: The user is routed to a payment gateway (like Stripe) to complete the transaction.
4. Notifications: An email receipt is successfully triggered and delivered

A SME (Subject matter Expert) is likely to have 12 to 20 years overall experience.

• Strong and current retail clients. Meijer Stores is a very large Grocery Store chain.
• Test Automation and tools
• Must be a Subject Matter expert in testing for retail organizations in end-to-end testing.
• Submissions: MPower Submission Format DL VISA. 3-4 page max (anything longer will be tossed out)
