We are looking for a Senior Electrical Assembler to join our teamsomeone who brings deep expertise in power box builds wiring routing and lowâvoltage assemblies along with strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble wire and integrate complex electrical systems including:
- Power distribution boxes (panel builds)
- Lowâvoltage assemblies
- Cable harnessing and routing
- Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and build documentation
- Perform advanced troubleshooting diagnostics and rework on assemblies
- Route terminate and secure wiring with precision and adherence to quality standards
- Partner with Engineering Production and Quality teams to resolve build issues
- Support engineering changes (ECOs) and new product introduction (NPI) builds
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and standard work enhancements
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate build and rework records
- Act as a technical resource and mentor to junior assemblers
- Support production goals for on-time delivery and operational efficiency
- 5 years of experience in electrical or electroâmechanical assembly
- Strong handsâon experience with:
- Power box / panel building
- Cable routing and wire harnessing
- Lowâvoltage electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proven troubleshooting and problemâsolving ability in a manufacturing setting
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in semiconductor aerospace or other highâprecision manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with:
- Engineering change orders (ECOs)
- Highâmix lowâvolume production environments
- Experience supporting NPI builds or complex configurations
- Informal leadership or mentoring experience
- Track record of improving assembly quality efficiency or processes

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or Associates degree in Electronics or related field preferred
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
5 years of experience in electrical or electroâmechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience with:- Power distribution / panel builds
- Cable routing and wire harnessing
- Lowâvoltage electrical systems
Proven experience with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex assemblies

- Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).
