What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe reliable plant operations across a complex 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Plan prioritize and assign daily weekly and monthly work activities while providing clear direction coaching and support to electricians and supervisors
- Oversee troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical power control automation and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Partner with operations engineering and maintenance teams to plan repairs support capital projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards regulatory requirements collective bargaining agreements and company policies while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
What Are We Looking For
- 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience including leadership or supervisory responsibility; candidates with an engineering degree and less experience may also be considered
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems including high-voltage distribution MCCs motor maintenance VFDs transformers and grounding systems
- Experience troubleshooting electrical automation and control systems including PLCs and 24V/120V control circuits
- Ability to read interpret and modify electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings
- Proven leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate work across multiple departments and develop teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; SAP SCADA robotics or industrial automation experience is a plus
Work Environment
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures noise levels and moving equipment. Work may include time both in the field and in an office environment with occasional extended hours as needed to support operations.
