The Bike Shop department is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in an engineering environment to co-develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements as well as industry standards. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition providing rapid engineering fabrication and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Support planning and execution of Integration Verification or Flight Test activities in our labs in the field or at a test range

• Support and collaborate with multidisciplined teams in rapid reaction prototyping

• Creating and/or support with technical data packages (systems / mechanical / electrical drawings)

• Troubleshooting issues and anomalies with hardware and/or software to identify root cause and implement and verify solutions

• Utilize CAD software tools for circuit design schematic capture and PWB design (Altium CREO Mentor Graphics etc.)

• Utilize circuit simulation tools (LTSpice Cadence PSpice and TI)

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.

• Experience with any of the following: RF analog digital and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.

• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in a professional setting including the use of common commercial test equipment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance such as ships ground combat systems fixed and rotary wing aircraft

• Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets including the application of scripting or automation to data collection and analysis

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Experience in a direct customer facing role

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
