• Provide comprehensive legal support to startups ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Draft review and negotiate various legal documents including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and assist with entity formation and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the venture capital landscape.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of best practices within the legal team.

• 710 years of experience in legal roles focused on compliance and corporate law.
• Proven track record of working with startups and understanding their unique legal challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

• Experience in venture capital or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with intellectual property law and its implications for startups.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior legal professionals.
