Weresearching for aChicago-based Sr. TaxDirectortoleadourGlobal Taxteam so that we cantranslate business strategy into innovative tax planning across multiplejurisdictionsandsteer comprehensive tax compliance and risk mitigation initiatives that protectandoptimizethecompanysfinancial interests. TheSr. Tax Directorwillleverageadvanced technology solutions toenhance reporting and process efficiency while building collaborative relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders.

HowYoullSpend Your Time

• Manage overall tax function (UK and US Tax Managers and US S&U Tax Manager) setting strategy providing leadership direction and guidance along with professional development opportunities

• Monitor and adjust tax strategies in response to evolving business structures ensuring continued regulatory compliance and effective risk management

• Oversee and manage the worldwide tax provision processin accordance withASC 740/IAS 12 and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Identifyand evaluate tax and financial risks through advanced analysis ensuring mitigation strategies are embedded within business operations

• Leverage advanced financial technology solutions to automate tax compliance reporting and data management for increased accuracy and efficiency

• Provide guidance on tax matters for mergers acquisitions and restructuring activities ensuringoptimalintegration of tax considerations into deal structures

What Kind of ThingsWereMost Interested in You Having

• Significant experiencein a similar tax leadership role ideally within a SaaS company

• Strong knowledge of US federal state and local corporate income tax ASC 740/IAS12 International tax andnon USspecific country tax (e.g. UK Canada Australia etc.)

• Proven success inleveragingfinancial and tax technology platforms and digital tools to automate tax processes improve reporting accuracy and enhance operational efficiency

• In-depth knowledgeonhow tointerpret evolving tax legislation and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for business operations

• Ability to commute todowntown Chicago office 2-3 days per week

• A knack for workingcollaborativelywithina fast-paced environment
