Defining implementing and/or maintaining R&D strategy guidelines systems and services for VISHAY
Aligning and ensuring implementation of R&D budgets monitors R&D programs and allocates resources.
Planning and coordinating and/or implementing R&D projects and processes (i.e. technology research projects product development programs).
Leading identification and consolidation of R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans.
Coordinating research development and pre-industrialization of products.
Representing VISHAYs R&D competence externally towards customers partners and other relevant stakeholders.

Plans and allocates budgets and resources and monitors progress of international research programs as assigned.
Proposes institutes or universities for research cooperation manages agreed projects and evaluate progress.
Allocates investments agreed for personnel equipment technologies or tools needed to implement in order to achieve targets.
