Xometry is seeking a Senior Director & Product Lead. This is a high-visibility high-impact role for a strategic operator who possesses the rare combination of deep technical fluency in PLM/CAD ecosystems and the entrepreneurial drive to scale a major enterprise partnership.

You will be the single point of accountability for the success of this partnership. You are not a people manager; you are a Product GM who exerts influence through technical authority strategic vision and relentless execution across Xometrys Engineering Data Science and Sales organizations.

This role requires a hybrid schedule (3 days a week) at our North Bethesda MD office location.

• Strategic Ownership: Assume full end-to-end ownership of this enterprise partnership. You will define the overarching product vision and commercial roadmap that leverages Xometrys vertically integrated marketplace platform while spearheading the development and scaling of a dedicated SaaS platform-product.

• Product Architecture & Execution: Lead the discovery process to extract Xometrys core AI engines (DFM and IQE) and embed them into our partners software. You will ensure the product operates on native 3D geometry to deliver materially richer insights than any competitor.

• Stakeholder Navigation: You will navigate complex enterprise requirementsincluding ring-fenced data governance and dedicated tenant deploymentsto ensure Xometry remains our partners exclusive ideation-to-delivery partner.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Orchestrate a matrixed team of Data Scientists Software Engineers and Program Managers. While you wont have direct reports you will set the technical and product priorities that these teams execute against

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Xometrys business leadership to define the monetization and adoption strategy for our partners massive global user base ensuring click-to-buy becomes the standard workflow

• Operational Excellence: Define the KPIs and success metrics for the partnership ensuring the integration meets enterprise-grade standards for latency accuracy and reliability

• Experience: 12 years of experience in Product Management Engineering Leadership or GM roles with a heavy emphasis on PLM CAD or Industrial SaaS

• Technical Depth: You can go toe-to-toe with Staff Engineers and Data Scientists on topics like geometric deep learning native 3D geometry processing and cloud-to-enterprise security architectures

• Super IC Mindset: You are a master of individual output. You produce the strategies PRDs and technical specs that define the program rather than managing via delegation

• Entrepreneurial Track Record: Proven experience taking a complex multi-stakeholder product from concept to high-volume commercial success

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is highly preferred

• A Science Fiction Visionary: You believe that bringing a design to the real world should happen at the speed of software and have the technical chops to make it happen

• The Bridge Builder: You excel at translating the rigid requirements of legacy industrial giants into the agile AI-native workflows of Xometry

• Marketplace Maven: You have a background in e-commerce or B2B marketplaces and understand the friction points in traditional sourcing and procurement

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $210000- $240000 annually annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills relevant experience and location.
