We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Reporting & Performance Metrics to lead financial reporting budgeting forecasting KPI development and financial process improvement for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organizational budgeting financial forecasting and long-term financial projections.
  • Develop monitor and report key financial and workforce performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Leverage finance technology AI tools and accounting software to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify accounting process improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Supervise mentor and develop members of the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to provide budget guidance and financial support.
  • Support grant management and financial oversight for organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy confidentiality and compliance in all financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
    • Experience preparing financial statements and managing month-end close processes.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical organizational communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Preferred:
    • Leadership or supervisory experience.
    • Experience in nonprofit accounting grant accounting healthcare or human services.
    • Experience with Intacct Accounting Software.
    • Experience using Power BI Google Data Studio or other business intelligence tools.
    • Ability to quickly learn emerging finance technologies and AI applications.
