Senior Director of Facilities and Corporate Services

• Support lab operations (chemistry labs) & collaborate with research scientist to support their needs (core research support)
• Manage cafe and catering operations at Marlborough site
• Collaborate with Meeting Planning team to support onsite meetings & events
• Collaborate with IT to support onsite needs and InfoSec ISO requirements
• Ability to triage issues & needs effectively communicate and resolve in timely and efficient manner

• Ability to work autonomously with little management oversight and direction (self-starter based on high-level direction)
• SMPA is a primarily remote company thus onsite attendance varies day to day. Ability to flex with raising and falling needs.
• Ability to be available for off hours work emergency repairs & break/fix
