Your tasks

Main purpose

Lead the market entry and establishment of Kardex Mlogs Systems Business in the United States.

Own the P&L and drive the development of a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline securing the first strategic customer projects and laying the foundation for long-term growth.

Define and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy by leveraging the existing Kardex AutoStore organization building strong customer relationships and establishing the initial local team and operational capabilities.

As a member of the leadership team contribute to the overall growth strategy and international expansion of Kardex Mlog.

Your profile

Education & Technical Expertise

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Logistics) with strong commercial and technical knowledge.
• Open to diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

Industry Experience & Network

• At least five years of management experience in the intralogistics sector.
• Possess a well-established industry network.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets through excellent negotiation skills relationship-building and a proven track record in closing deals.

Leadership & Team Development

• Extensive experience in leading teams developing talent and driving high team performance.
• Champion diversity equity and inclusion in team development and decision-making processes.
