Job Description Summary

The Senior Director Capital Markets Strategy is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives across the Capital Markets platform. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive business growth enhance competitive positioning identify new market opportunities and support strategic decision-making through market analysis and business insights.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Capital Markets service lines markets and property sectors.
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to business development external partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
  • Drive cross-platform collaboration and cross-selling strategies across Capital Markets teams.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
  • Build business cases and investment recommendations to support growth initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
  • Analyze market trends competitive intelligence and production data to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.
  • Provide strategic insights to support recruiting initiatives and evaluate market white-space opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Capital Markets leadership Operations and business leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in strategy consulting commercial real estate investment banking corporate development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and capital markets preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical financial modeling and business case development skills.
  • Strong executive communication presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Scope

  • Enterprise-wide Capital Markets strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Individual contributor role with significant executive-level exposure and influence.
  • No direct reports or broker supervision responsibilities.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 191250.00 - $225000.00
