Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Director Enterprise Applications Procurement.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise procurement applications supporting DePuy Synthes global business. The Sr. Director will define and execute the technology roadmap for procurement platforms ensuring scalable compliant and usercentered solutions that enable sourcing contracting supplier management and procuretopay processes. This position offers the opportunity to shape the futurestate enterprise application landscape during a period of transformation directly influencing efficiency cost optimization and business agility across the organization and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy and roadmap for procurementrelated applications ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT architecture standards.
• Lead the design implementation and lifecycle management of global procurement platforms (e.g. sourcing contracts supplier management P2P).
• Partner with Procurement Finance Supply Chain and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable secure technology solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships system integrators and managed service providers to ensure delivery quality cost effectiveness and performance.
• Ensure enterprise applications comply with internal controls data privacy cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation data analytics and process optimization across procurement workflows.
• Lead mentor and develop highperforming global teams fostering a culture of accountability inclusion and innovation.
• Manage budgets investment planning and resource allocation for procurement application portfolios.
• Lead enterprise procurement application strategy through business separation including dualrun governance TSA exit planning and delivery of a futurestate standalone procurement application landscape.
• Set the strategic direction for intelligent and datadriven capabilities across procurement platforms guiding investment prioritization and adoption of AIenabled solutions in partnership with product and delivery teams.
  

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
• Preferred: Masters degree (MBA or MS) in a relevant discipline.
  

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 12-14 years of experience in IT leadership with accountability for enterprisescale applications.
• Demonstrated leadership of procurement or supplychainenabled enterprise systems in a global organization.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture system integration and application lifecycle management.
• Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and multimilliondollar budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and change leadership skills.
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting procurement platforms within regulated industries (e.g. healthcare medical devices life sciences).
• Familiarity with modern ERP and bestofbreed procurement solutions and cloudbased architectures.
• Demonstrated success leading largescale digital transformations or separations.
• Strong data and analytics orientation to enable insightdriven procurement decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large geographically distributed teams.

• Language: English required; additional languages a plus.
• Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
• Certifications: IT or program management certifications (e.g. PMP ITIL) preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$178000.00 - $307050.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
