Job Description:

The Senior Director Account Management Influencer is a centralized role that will be tasked with driving Influencerstrategy and client management within OMs dedicated managed service product Creo. The core responsibility of the roleis leading a group of Account Management professionals shepherding client/agency client communications presentingcampaign strategy and serving as a core point of contact throughout a partnership lifecycle. The role will serve all OMagencies across the organization working in symphony with clients and IATs on the execution and amplification of Management:Assist in leading communication for OM OMC and Creo clients including proposal development commercialagreements and client communication from initial briefing to completionCommunicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization ofservice offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environmentLead client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting andpossess strong communicative abilities to relay the respective stages to clientsArticulate workback schedules and coordinate internal and external deliverables to keep timelines on trackDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients serving as the primary point of contact for mid-level clientcontactsPractice Excellence:Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication stayingatop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client businessWork in partnership with OM COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices acrossfunctions including but not limited to asset development media amplification commerce and measurementThe Role & Expectations:In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with CreatorledstorytellingStrong agency account management background and comfort in leading internal and external conversationsThorough understanding of the Influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles & responsibilities acrossplatforms including but not limited to creative development talent perspectives best practices and measurementStrong communicator and presenter able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations andpoints-of-viewHighly analytical with ability to evaluate campaign performance for optimization and contextualization of results inclient reportingCreative minded with ability to translate social trends and influencer archetypes to client business objectivesUnderstanding of budget maintenance client billing and payment workflows and contract and businessnegotiationsCritical thinking and problem solving tied to implementation of new processes and process improvementsStrong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely mannerStrong people mentorship/leadership with comfort providing feedback and developing employees1QualificationsBachelors degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)10 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environmentsHands on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companiesExperience managing teams Illinois New York: $120000.00-$230000.00

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
