Senior Digital Designer- Boca Raton

The Senior Digital Designer will play a key role in the development and execution of HairClubs digital creative across paid media email marketing social media web landing pages CRM communications and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strong eye for design deep understanding of digital best practices and the ability to balance creativity with business performance goals.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative organized proactive and capable of translating brand strategy into impactful creative assets that elevate the customer experience and support lead generation and conversion initiatives.

This role is on site role with hybrid schedule ( no fully remote work allowed)

• Create engaging digital assets for paid social email web landing pages CRM and advertising campaigns.
• Design high-performing creative that supports lead generation conversions and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Marketing CRM Paid Media and Social teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Develop responsive mobile-first designs and optimize user experiences across platforms.
• Support A/B testing and contribute fresh creative ideas based on trends and performance insights.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

• 7 years of digital design experience in-house agency DTC or performance marketing environments.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing modern conversion-focused digital work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/XD.
• Experience designing for social paid media email web mobile and digital acquisition funnels.
• Understanding of UX/UI responsive design CRO and performance-driven creative.
• Motion graphics video editing and animation experience are a plus.
• Strong communication collaboration and project management skills.
