Senior Development Officer-Legacy Giving

Job Summary
**This will be a hybrid role with an opportunity to work remotely but must be able to come on site to the locations in the Mercy St. Louis area and travel to other Mercy communities as needed**
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising with at least 3 years focused on planned giving.
Strong knowledge of estate planning tax law and charitable giving vehicles.
Proven ability to cultivate and close complex gifts.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and strategically within a team environment.
