- Develop and enhance AI/ML solutions for customer-facing applications.
- Build evaluate and optimize LLM-based and RAG-powered systems.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy and maintain AI solutions in production.
- Perform model evaluation testing and performance optimization.
- Support production monitoring troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI-powered products.
- 8 years of total professional experience.
- 4 years of recent experience as a Data Scientist.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs RAG implementations evaluations and Agentic AI technologies.
- Experience developing customer-facing AI products.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience supporting production systems alongside software engineering teams.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of modern AI/ML deployment practices.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms.
- Exposure to Generative AI product development.
