Senior Data Analyst

FCG is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help shape our data and analytics program by providing data analysis of source systems defining data transformation rules for data warehouse development delivering analytic applications and working with end users to define and implement requirements while training and mentoring them to build skills with our toolsets. This position will be heavily focused on ERP data analysis for development of our Snowflake ecosystem source-to-target mappings from ERP to our data warehouse business partner collaboration and development and support of data analytic products and Responsibilities:Interface with Business Partners: Work closely with end users to analyze and document requirements and ensure successful implementation of data warehouse and analytic Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with best Analysis: Analyze data from ERPs and our data warehouse for anomalies quality and adherence to standards. Identify transformations required to meet requirements. Become the SME for source systems and data and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users. Create and maintain detailed training materials and and Validation: Test data solutions and analytic applications to ensure that business requirements are met and perform as Data: Understand master data across the enterprise support efforts to identify document and cleanse master data records and interface with domain data stewards as : Work with business users technical teams and data stewards to create documentation data dictionaries and metadata to support end user understanding of enterprise data and analytic applications. Support and implement functionality in our metadata : Develop and implement data applications in BI tools to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Create proof of concept solutions and evolve into a production-ready Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and :Experience:Proven experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements for analytic 3-5 years of experience with ERP systems like P21 SAP NetSuite or Business 2-3 years of experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI Tableau Sigma Phocas or 3 years of experience analyzing data sets to identify anomalies data quality issues and deviations from data experience designing and implementing data solutions and business intelligence applications in large-scale enterprise in training and supporting of 3 years working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects and Technical Skills:Proficient in SQL and of data management disciplines including master data metadata data integrations data warehousing and data creating architecture diagrams as well as documenting requirements and design Analytical Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to to analyze data and compare to requirements to identify gaps in data or to effectively test data products and analyze data looking for patterns and anomalies in the data that impact data warehouse and analytic to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical in evaluating end-user experience and usability in all working with users to define KPIs that align with business alignment with data standards and data Skills:Strong verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical Attributes:Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team : Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic -Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal Focus: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.
