Job Summary
As our Senior Cyber Security Analyst youll play a critical role in safeguarding our organizations systems data and people. Youll lead the design and delivery of security solutions across on-prem and Azure environments while guiding strategy risk management and response efforts. In this role youll
- In this role youll lead the design architecture and implementation of enterprise security systems across on-prem and Azure environments
- In this role youll drive strategic security initiatives and advise leadership on risks threats and security posture
- In this role youll direct complex investigations and incident response efforts serving as an escalation point for critical security events
- In this role youll architect deploy and manage advanced security tools including Azure-native platforms such as Defender for Cloud and Sentinel
- In this role youll monitor detect and respond to threats across network endpoint and cloud environments using automated and manual methods
- In this role youll perform risk assessments security testing and control validations to ensure safeguards are effective and compliant
- In this role youll partner with business and IT teams to implement secure solutions and enforce access controls and policies
- In this role youll maintain thorough documentation reporting and threat intelligence to support audits compliance and continuous improvement
What were looking for
- You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Economics Law Computer Science or a related field (Required)
- You have an equivalent combination of education and experience that may be considered in lieu of a degree (Preferred)
- You have 6 or more years of experience working in the Information Technology industry (Required)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector (Required)
- You have at least 3 years of experience supporting Active Directory environments (Required)

- You have deep knowledge of security architecture and risk management frameworks across hybrid environments
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to guide complex security initiatives and investigations
- You are experienced in Azure cloud security including networking identity governance and monitoring tools
- You have a proven ability to conduct risk assessments audits and control validations aligned with regulatory standards like GLBA
- You possess strong technical and analytical skills including scripting automation and threat detection

- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $117249 - $154493
