Senior Cyber Intel Analyst and CIRT Liaison TIC Active Top Secret

Peraton is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Intel Analyst and CIRT Liaison / TIC for its Federal Strategic Cyber programs.

Location: Full-time on-site Arlington VA.

In this role you will:

• Serve as the principal CTAD liaison to CIRT establishing clear communication rhythms playbooks and escalation paths.
• Coordinate across CTAD sections and with external stakeholders to ensure unity of effort and coherent threat understandingwithout assuming direct responsibility for those groups specialized duties.
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels and trusted working relationships with interagency and Five Eyes (FVEY) partners to enhance collaborative threat awareness information sharing and coordinated cyber response efforts.
• Prepare and deliver seniorlevel briefings at all classification levels ensuring timely dissemination of synthesized insights to leadership.
• Fuse and synthesize multisource reporting (classified proprietary and opensource) into clear actionable intelligence for decisionmakers.
• Maintain awareness of SOC processes and CIRT workflows; align CTAD actions and ticket followups accordingly.
• Track liaison outcomes document lessons learned and feed improvements back into CTAD processes and coordination mechanisms.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and nontechnical personnel to support innovation and effective execution of the CTAD mission.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; Minimum of 7 years with a Masters degree; or 4 years with PhD.
  • An additional 4 years of relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of the bachelorsdegree requirement.
• Possess one of the following certifications:
  • CCNA-Security CND CySA GICSP GSEC Security CE SSCP
    

• Must have demonstrated experience and background in cyber threat intelligence (CTI).

• Must be proficient in writing and oral communication.

• Basic understanding of security operation center (SOC) processes.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• An active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Additional ability to obtain a final Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of incident response processes including triage containment and remediation.
• Ability to synthesize technical or operational data into actionable intelligence products for leadership and technical teams.
