This is more than a reporting roleits an opportunity to help design better business processes improve user experiences and enable smarter decision-making across the you enjoy combining technology analytics and collaboration to create meaningful change wed love to meet is a full-time hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the Youll DoYoull become a trusted Salesforce resource for departments across The Associated by:Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing CloudCreating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insightsTroubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issuesDeveloping documentation and delivering engaging user trainingSupporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technologyParticipating in CRM enhancements testing and future system improvementsChampioning data quality and CRM best practicesWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who is naturally curious enjoys learning new technology and loves helping people candidates will have:Bachelors degree in a related fieldThree or more years of CRM database or business systems experienceExperience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)Strong reporting and analytical skillsExperience creating dashboards and reportsExcellent communication and training skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailA collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer serviceBonus PointsExperience with any of the following is a plus:Nonprofit fundraising or donor databasesChange management or user adoption initiativesExcel Power BI and/or other business intelligence toolsData imports data quality or CRM implementationsWhy Youll Love This RoleYoull join a collaborative team thats reimagining how technology supports fundraising engagement and community impact.
