Location: In-office full-time based out of either Louisville KY or Boca Raton FL

• 46 years of project management experience in creative marketing or brand environments

• Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail

• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projects

• Proficient in project management tools such as

• Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print digital social design)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning execution and delivery across campaigns content digital assets and brand initiatives

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones deliverables and deadlines

• Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on track

• Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillarsmarketing operations and commercializationtranslating needs in both directions

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time within scope and to a high standard

• Manage risks escalate issues and course correct as needed

• Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed

• Maintain documentation briefs and timelines in

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
