Senior Corporate Recruiter (Contract) – Onsite in Raleigh

As they continue to grow their organization theyre looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for various corporate roles.

What youll do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Drive stakeholder communication provide regular recruiting updates and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR People Operations and interview teams.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
• Excellent sourcing interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic high-growth environment.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools.
