Senior Content Strategist

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute content strategies across channels to support nCino Solution Line objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing product and design teams to align content with project goals demonstrating ability to guide and mentor colleagues while working on team-oriented projects.
• Conduct content audits gap analyses and user research to inform tactical and strategic decisions applying established understanding of nCino Business/Solution Lines to content development.
• Analyze content performance data to optimize strategies and measure impact with decisions at this level potentially affecting multiple releases or campaign cycles.
• Create and maintain content guidelines tone of voice and editorial standards that contribute to operationally significant work for functional teams and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Partner with content creators editors and vendors to ensure quality output providing technical input on content decisions.
• Stay informed on content trends SEO practices and emerging technologies to contribute innovative approaches and maintain content effectiveness across channels.
• Execute content projects independently with general instructions on new assignments requiring minimal supervision for day-to-day content strategy work.

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and 5 years of related professional experience
• Ability to create and execute successful content initiatives across multiple platforms
• Strong knowledge of UX writing SEO and content lifecycle management
• Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) analytics tools and project management platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Advanced degree

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge skills abilities proficiencies experience education licensures/certifications as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
