Senior Consultant Transaction Support & FDD

We are working on a confidential search for a Senior Consultant-level Transaction Advisory professional to join a growing TAS team within a well-established national advisory and accounting platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone coming from public accounting / audit who wants to move closer to deal work including financial due diligence quality of earnings working capital net debt and transaction-related analysis. Prior TAS experience is helpful but not required. The team is open to training a strong audit professional with the right technical foundation analytical mindset and client-facing polish.

The team is small fast-paced and collaborative offering broad exposure across clients industries and transaction types with room to expand into broader advisory work and business development over time.
