Senior Construction Project Manager

What Youll Do

As a Senior Project Manager youll oversee the successful execution of large-scale repair and restoration projects ranging from approximately $5M to $15M in value. Youll be responsible for driving project performance from preconstruction through closeout while serving as a leader mentor and trusted partner to clients and project teams.

Successful Impacts Include:

• Managing complex self-performed concrete repair and restoration projects

• Leading project planning execution financial management and closeout activities

• Maintaining full P&L responsibility forecasting budgeting and cost control

• Developing and managing project schedules in partnership with field leadership

• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with support from internal contracts teams

• Identifying evaluating and mitigating project risks

• Collaborating with Estimating and Business Development teams during pursuit and proposal development

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners engineers consultants and subcontractors

• Providing leadership coaching and mentorship to Project Managers Project Engineers Field Managers and project teams

• Championing STRUCTURALs commitment to safety quality and operational excellence

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field

• 10 years of project management experience within commercial construction concrete restoration specialty contracting or related industries

• Proven experience managing projects valued between approximately $5M$15M

• Strong understanding of project financials forecasting budgeting and contract administration

• Experience leading and developing project teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software

Preferred experience managing projects involving:

• Structural concrete repair

• Building envelope and façade restoration

• Waterproofing systems

• Historic restoration

• Structural strengthening

• Corrosion mitigation and protection systems

**Salary Range: 150-190K (commensurate upon experience)**
