7 years of experience in compliance engineering data governance GRC or data platform engineering with strong automation expertisenGDPR / DMA Compliance: Proven experience operationalizing privacy and regulatory requirements into technical controls and monitoring solutionsnData Governance: Strong understanding of data lineage metadata management policy enforcement and control frameworksnDashboard Development: Hands-on experience building operational compliance and governance dashboards using BI tools or web technologiesnScripting u0026 Automation: Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript to develop automation scripts integrate APIs manipulate data and support compliance and governance u0026 Columnar Systems: Ability to write production-grade SQL to query large-scale distributed data stores for validation and audit purposesnWorkflow Automation: Experience designing and deploying automated compliance workflows at scalenCross-Team Communication: Ability to drive accountability and remediation ownership across distributed multi-team organizations

Data Catalog Platforms: Familiarity with enterprise catalog tools such as Collibra DataHub Unified Catalog or equivalentnData Access Governance: Experience with approval workflows entitlement management and access control systemsnEnterprise Governance Programs: Prior experience supporting large-scale multi-team governance or compliance programsnAI/ML Governance: Exposure to AI/ML-based data classification or governance automation frameworks at scalenExperience building operational compliance dashboards providing real-time visibility into governance posture SLA adherence and remediation progressnFamiliarity with data classification frameworks (PII sensitive confidential internal-only) and operationalizing them using ML or rule-based approaches
