Analyzes wage and salary data to identify trends in compensation program performance. Monitors payroll data to ensure compliance with pay policies and practices.

REQUIRED

1. B.S. degree in Human Resources Business Finance or related field.
2. Two (2) years experience in compensation.
3. Knowledge of federal and state regulations in compensation and human resources.
4. Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills and an ability to collect organize and interpret data from diverse sources.
5. Strong computer skills including spreadsheets databases Vlookup and pivot tables.
6. Demonstrated ability to initiate analyze report and implement approved programs.

PREFERRED

1. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
2. Five or more years of experience in compensation.
3. Healthcare experience
4. Experience in a Business/Financial Service-Consulting environment
5. Experience in training (classroom and individual)
