Senior Commerical Finance Analyst

• Analyze revenue margins and profitability across productscustomersand regions

• Provideactionable insightsintopricing discounting and contract performance

• Support monthly close with variance analysis (price volumemixand cost drivers)

• Leads the design development deploymentand maintenance of internalcommercial finance reports.

Pricing & Margin Management

• Develop andmaintainpricing models aligned with market conditions and cost inputsin partnership with Commercial & Product Management teams

• Partner with sales to evaluate pricing strategies and bid proposalsfor project orders. Partner to improve bidding process based on contribution margin for projects.

• Monitor margin performance andidentifyleakage or improvement opportunities

• Support annual price increase processes and customer negotiations

• Track price realization vs target andidentifycorrective actions needed

Sales & Business Partnering

• Act as a finance business partner toCommercial/Sales Engineering and Adminteams

• Responsible for department spending analysisfor Commercial/Sales Engineering and Admin.

• Providefinancial guidance on customer contractsrebatesand incentives

• Partners with the Product Management team for the cost analysis of new product development / major product revisions andassistswith business case justification for strategic initiatives and capital expenditures

• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations

Forecasting & Planning

• Leads the SIOP process for the businessfacilitatingthe Demand Planning and Supply Planning reviews as well as the Executive SIOP meetingon a monthly basis

• LeadOrdersand Backlogforecasting (monthly quarterly annual and daily/weekly pulses). Support Sales forecasting with timing and probability of Orders

• Contribute to budgeting and long-range planning processes

• Build scenario models for demand fluctuations costchangesand pricing strategies

• Analyze risks and opportunities against forecast

• Drivecontinuous improvement andsimplification improving daily & monthly reporting asMBRs QORs & AOP.

• Leads the annual budgeting process including establishing assumptions spreadsheet modeling consolidationanalysisand presentation preparation.

• Supports aspects of the annual strategic planning process as assigned.

Customer & Product Profitability

• Develop andmaintaincustomer profitability models

• Analyze product mix and SKU-level margins

• Owns the Commercial Finance Reporting Product Line / Customer Profitability (8020) analysis

• Identifyunderperforming accounts/productsthrough 8020 analysisand recommend corrective actions

• Support decisions on product rationalization or portfolio optimization

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare dashboards andad-hoc financial analysisfor senior leadership

• Prepares monthly commentary for Flash Actual Forecast and Monthly Business Review including all relevant templates

• Provides bonus reporting toFinanceDirector& General Manager.

• Monitors orders sales profit and cash against the targetson a dailyweeklyand monthly basis.

• Maintains tracking on critical KPIs related to Commercial performance and supports teams in root cause/countermeasure when KPIs are missed

• Automate and improve reporting processes using BI tools

• Ensure data accuracy across ERPfinancial systems and reporting

• Translate complex financial data into clear business insights

• Expected toadvisethe Finance Manager/Directorimmediatelyof all errors irregularitiesor significant adjustments or journal entries as they occur.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

EDUCATION

• BachelorsDegree inFinance Accounting Economics or related field

EXPERIENCE

• 5-8 years of experience in finance preferably in manufacturing or industrialenvironment.

• Strong experience in commercial finance FP&Aor pricing

• Experience building and managing large data models data manipulation

• Experience in preparing analyzing and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ERP(JDE)system Power BI &Webipreferred
