Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Claims Examiner to join a dynamic and cohesive this role you will handle complex commercial property claims primarily for habitational accounts such as condominiums apartments and homeowner associations (HOAs).

• Salary: $85000 - $95000 per year (depending on experience) bonus opportunities

• Manage a caseload of 125-150 commercial property claims across the United States with a focus on California.
• Handle claims for habitational accounts including condominiums apartments and HOAs.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 adjusters in a supportive and cohesive work environment.
• Travel as needed for mediations and annual team meetings.
• Utilize Xactimate software for claims processing and reporting.
• Cross-train into different lines of business and jurisdictions to expand expertise.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years handling complex commercial property claims.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid license and have experience handling claims in California.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate is required (certification or HAG license is a plus).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work West Coast hours and travel for training mediations and team events.
• Background: Experience with carriers is preferred but TPA or independent adjuster backgrounds are also acceptable.
• Adaptability: Open to cross-training into multi-line claims and different jurisdictions.
