Senior Commercial Lines CSR

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines CSR to join a growing team. The position focuses on servicing commercial accounts supporting producers and ensuring efficient account management. • Manage and service a book of commercial lines business.

• Provide AZ servicing including handling certificates of insurance policy changes renewals and account maintenance.

• Prepare and process ACORD applications and related documentation.

• Support producers by managing day-to-day servicing activities and client requests.

• Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Applied EPIC.

• Collaborate with carriers clients and internal team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

• Assist with training and mentoring team members on system utilization and commercial lines best practices.

• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Extensive commercial lines insurance experience required.

• Applied EPIC experience required.

• Experience servicing nonprofit religious organization or specialty commercial accounts is highly preferred.

• Experience working with Erie Insurance is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of certificates of insurance policy servicing renewals endorsements and ACORD applications.

• Excellent organizational multitasking and time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.

• Salary: $85000 - $95000 annually.

• Compensation may be higher for candidates with advanced commercial lines leadership experience.
