Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established and growing insurance agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a beautiful office environment with a supportive team. The position offers a hybrid work schedule after the training period.

• Salary Range: $85000 - $95000 annually

• Account Management: Handle a generalist portfolio of accounts with policy sizes up to $80000.
• Marketing and Remarketing: Quote new business (25%) and renewals (75%).
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with two producers to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
• Software Utilization: Use Applied TAM software transitioning to Applied EPIC.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with familiarity in working with carriers such as Travelers Hartford Liberty Utica Mutual USG and Guard.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied TAM software (experience with Applied EPIC is a plus).
• Client Focus: Strong ability to manage a well-seasoned book of business with clients who have been with the agency for over 20 years.
• Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office during the training period with a hybrid schedule available thereafter.
