• Salary Range: Up to $90000$95000 annually (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

• Manage a book of business with approximately $3 million in premium.
• Collaborate closely with producers to handle a balance of complex and standard accounts.
• Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients.

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a strong preference for candidates with a background in construction-related accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
