Senior Cloud Engineer

Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with a Top-Secret security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington DC. Responsibilities:Lead engineering implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications hosted in AWS and on-premises Windows Server O&M support including patching hardening system upgrades and routine infrastructure support during core and non-core hours as needed to meet mission with cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers DBAs and Security Engineers to ensure system compliance reliability and application development deployment and lifecycle activities in coordination with government and contractor what youll need:4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent expertise in AWS services (S3 EC2 ECS RDS VPC CloudWatch) and Windows Server with Infrastructure as Code automation DevSecOps practices and auto-scaling to independently develop cloud optimization strategies and maximize AWS with full SDLC Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence).Strong analytical technical documentation communication and planning to work independently identify system improvements and support team 8 years of relevant Requirement:Top-Secret security clearanceOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
