About you
Were on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!
As a Senior Client Services Coordinator youre at the forefront of the action delivering exceptional support to a team of brokers. From project management to marketing wizardry youre the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. Youre ready to tackle any client-facing challenge or transaction administration task that comes your way.
In this role you will
Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team and track action items.
Provide general administrative support (e.g. organizing distribution of marketing efforts general office maintenance writing/editing documents for spelling grammar and layout).
Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. entering deal sheets submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork.
Execute marketing campaigns including scheduling campaigns maintenance of mailing lists and running campaign reports.
Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project. Update Brokers recent transactions on applicable websites.
Monitor competitor research and data collection and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data such as company and title searches and property particulars (e.g. financial marketing research).
Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables availabilities)
Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.
Assist in the development of pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers (e.g. gather maps surveys other applicable research)
What youll bring
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree preferably in Real Estate Business Marketing or similar field.
Experience with Adobe InDesign
Ability to work under pressure deal with multiple deadlines effectively handles stressful situations and work with minimal direction/supervision.
Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills and ability to meet commitments and deadlines
Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail.

Area/Location Specific: Norfolk VA
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $28.45 to $33.65 USD per hour.
Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
