Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager (Temporary Role)

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. This role involves independently managing a select book of commercial clients ensuring client satisfaction and providing strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service leadership and technical expertise.

• Salary: $75000 annually

• Evaluate exposures obtain quotes and finalize negotiations with carriers.
• Analyze client risks and provide tailored recommendations.
• Determine appropriate markets within the Core Carrier Strategy.
• Develop solutions and prepare for strategy meetings with Client Advisors.
• Create and submit complete carrier submissions.
• Review binding documents for accuracy and ensure timely notifications to carriers.
• Conduct contract reviews and maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
• Process renewals endorsements cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Organize and manage documentation in EPIC ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system tools.
• Collaborate with team members by creating and assigning activities in EPIC.
• Handle tasks such as ordering loss runs generating proofs and reviewing endorsements and audits.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
