Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a dynamic team. This role involves handling a variety of claims including General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Bodily Injury and Litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in claims management coverage knowledge and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases.

• Salary: $95000 - $115000 per year

• Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims including litigation cases.
• Handle claims across multiple lines including General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss and Bodily Injury.
• Conduct thorough investigations evaluate coverage and determine liability.
• Collaborate with legal teams clients and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss Bodily Injury and Litigation claims.
• Active Adjuster License is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying claim types.
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
