Project Manager Heavy Civil / Water Infrastructure

Compensation: $250000$300000/yr

Location: On site in Connecticut - Cape Cod area

A well-established and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected family-owned organization with a strong backlog of work a collaborative culture and a clear path to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil and water/wastewater construction projects from award through closeout
• Manage project budgets schedules billing forecasting and change orders
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients field operations and executive leadership
• Coordinate staffing equipment subcontractors and project resources
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements permits and contract obligations
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 1015 years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment facilities (required)
• Background in infrastructure projects such as pipelines industrial facilities bridges or related heavy civil work
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
