Senior Citrix Engineer

• Serve as the subject matter expert on the entire Citrix stack engineering solutions for Citrix Cloud ADC (NetScaler) StoreFront and Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Engineer and automate infrastructure management deployment and configuration processes using PowerShell to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Lead the integration of security controls and compliance standards (DoD/DISA) into the Citrix architecture performing vulnerability assessments and implementing hardening configurations on Citrix ADC.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation including system architecture diagrams deployment runbooks and disaster recovery plans.
• Proactively monitor analyze and optimize the performance capacity and latency of the Citrix infrastructure performing root cause analysis and engineering long-term solutions for complex issues.
• Lead critical infrastructure projects including platform upgrades data center migrations and cloud service integration ensuring minimal disruption and maximum performance.
• Design and implement user profile and data management strategies using ProfileUnity Profile Management and User Layering to optimize user experience and logon times.
• Familiarity with Citrix and Liquidware integration.

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of experience engineering and administering enterprise-scale Citrix environments. (Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree).
• IAT II Certification (e.g. Security CySA GICSP GSEC SSCP)
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation with PowerShell.
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows Server OS Active Directory and Group Policy management in a virtualized environment.
• Proven experience with performance tuning and optimization tools for virtualized environments preferred.
• Prior experience engineering solutions for DISA and its mission partners preferred.
