As a Senior Chiller Technician you will:

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain centrifugal screw and absorption chillers as well as complex HVAC systems.

• Perform precision diagnostics system optimization and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance.

• Utilize advanced manufacturer-specific software and tools to perform system analysis and calibration.

• Collaborate with project and engineering teams on chiller retrofits overhauls and performance upgrades.

• Document service activities performance metrics and client communications with accuracy and professionalism.

• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of large tonnage chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled).

• Execute refrigerant management oil analysis and vibration testing in compliance with industry standards.

• Support installations startups and commissioning of new systems.

• Ensure compliance with EPA ASHRAE and OSHA guidelines.

Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of large tonnage chillers HVAC systems and advanced controls.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and train other technicians effectively.
Professionalism: Dependable detail-oriented and dedicated to high-quality service.
Analytical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with performance optimization techniques.

• 57 years of hands-on experience servicing large tonnage chillers and HVAC systems.

• EPA Universal Certification (required).

• Proficiency with leading chiller manufacturers such as Trane Carrier York Daikin or McQuay.

• Working knowledge of BAS/BMS systems and digital controls.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and fieldwork as required.
