Senior Casualty Broker

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Casualty Broker to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large casualty accounts particularly those with loss-sensitive structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and placing coverage across multiple lines of business working with accounts generating over $75K in commission.

• Base Salary: $175000 - $250000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage and negotiate large casualty accounts with a focus on loss-sensitive structures across multiple industries.
• Place coverage for accounts generating $75K in revenue with a mix of 2/3 admitted and 1/3 non-admitted policies.
• Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless client service and account management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market conditions to provide expert advice and innovative solutions.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in large casualty accounts with a proven track record in loss-sensitive programs.
• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software or similar platforms.
• Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
