As a Client Care Supervisor youll serve as the primary point of contact for clients families and caregivers ensuring every client receives exceptional care and support. Youll coordinate services address concerns and help maintain the highest standards of quality. Every day brings new opportunities to positively impact the lives of our clients and support the caregivers who make our mission possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare home care customer service or a related field
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
