PAY RANGE: 75K - 90K TYPE: Onsite ** Must be located near Eau Claire WI
SEE WHAT WE DO: SUMMARY
Were looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems improving processes and making systems work smarter.
In this role youll partner with leaders across Finance Operations Accounting Sales and IT to improve and integrate critical business systems including ERP CRM MES reporting platforms and financial systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and document business processes across multiple manufacturing sites
- Partner with Operations Finance IT and business leaders to improve workflows
- Support ERP MES CRM and systems integration initiatives
- Help drive process standardization and operational efficiency
- Translate current-state processes into scalable future-state solutions
- Support major business transformation projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Computer Science Finance Operations or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of Business Systems ERP or Business Analysis experience
- ERP or Business Systems experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong process improvement and workflow documentation skills
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes
- Ability to work with everyone from executives to production teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
