Koniag Professional Services LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KPS and our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Services (KPS)currently has an opening fora SeniorBusiness Operations Managerfor the Acquisition Integration and Interoperability (AI2) Officein the of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)).The successful candidate will support the Government Client with a robust Federal acquisition process improvement initiative across the organization that includes process mapping and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and providesupport analyzing and interpreting acquisition policies regulations and procedures relevant to digital and artificial intelligence AI2 Office in the analysis of alternatives DoW Requirements development and evaluation acquisition recommendations and guidance joint capability documents and technology readiness :Assiststhe Government leadership in coordinating tasks and information across the discrete workstreams to ensure each workstreamremainsinformed and aligned to the overall strategic vision and and interprets acquisition policies regulations and procedures relevant to digital and artificial intelligence acquisition policies and regulations combined with analytical skillstoprovideguidance ensurecompliance andoptimizeacquisition strategies to support the the analysis of alternatives Department of Defense Instructions (DODI) acquisition recommendations and guidance joint capability documents and technology readiness correspondence on behalf of the Government Leadership for review/approvalOn behalf of Government Leadership coordinates/communicates including calls responding toemailandinterfacing with stakeholders or their staffs at all levelsCoordinates staff actions across the conflicting needs; handlesmattersexpeditiously proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressurePerformsdata-oriented Action Officer (AO) functions and tasks in direct support of the CDAOs Acquisition Office Senior prioritiesgoalsandobjectivestoidentifyexplicit and implicit tasksrequiredto achieve prioritized goals andobjectivesDevelops coordinates manages and overseesthe plan of action to execute and complete identified data tasksEvaluatesperformance results and effectiveness of the plan of action and recommend changes as neededActivelyparticipatesin relevant Acquisition-related WorkingGroups and other forums as directed to ensure that that the AI2s equities areproperly consideredand appliedMonitors tasks and tracks internal and external staffing actions assigned to andsubmittedby the Acquisition correspondence on behalf of the Government Leadership for review/ correspondence processes for the Government Leadership (e.g. formal letters memoranda read-ahead briefing/meeting packages activity reports and senior leadership reports); and tracks allsuspensesto ensure documents andassistswith implementation of organization wide business operations includes meeting with staff members to document as-is and collaboratively drafting to-be for managing the quality of correspondence provided to the Government Leadership for reviewAssiststhe Government leadership to include the Chief of Staff in coordinating tasks and information across the discrete work streams to ensure each work streamremainsinformed and aligned to the overall strategic vision and writing/editing editorial consultation proofreading or overall documentation review for various documents including acquisition other program document and technical papers and documents are prepared in theappropriate formatand are free from grammatical team members in other specialties as needed toaccomplishthe overall :10 years of related experienceExtensive experience working for a Senior Executive Service leader atthe OSDlevel organization or as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service is highly knowledge of and experience in performing senior-level Action Officer functionsExperience developing and reviewing acquisition documentation Acquisition Decision Memorandums AcquisitionStrategies informationpapers and reports and other ensuring compliance andoptimizingacquisition strategies to support the organizational project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the motivated professional and capable of managing demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing excellent communication skillsa high levelof integrity critical thinking and leadership MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS TeamsExceland Outlook application skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a Degree in a related discipline or fieldSecurity Clearance:Current/active Top Secret/: Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the DoD-specific acquisition policies and processesExpertisein Federal Acquisition Regulations defense acquisition policies and instructions and the Department of Defense guidance and instructions development processesKnowledge of and experience using the DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS);
