Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer
Location: Troy MI 48083
Duration: 3 month Contract (Contract to hire)
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 40 Hours/Week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1 Day Onsite / 4 Days Remote
Interview Process: MS Teams Interview (30 mins 1 hour)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop reports dashboards data models and automated BI solutions to support healthcare and business operations.
Gather business requirements analyze data and deliver actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Work with healthcare population health and revenue cycle data including billing claims payments and utilization metrics.
Build and maintain datasets using SQL and BI tools for reporting and analytics needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams physicians and executives to deliver data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality meet project deadlines and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required/Preferred:
Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Computer Science Engineering Mathematics/Statistics Business or Applied Science.
Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence Healthcare Analytics or related field.
Strong SQL expertise with experience building datasets reports and dashboards.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI Cognos Looker Qlik or SSRS.
Knowledge of relational databases data warehousing and data visualization concepts.
Experience with healthcare systems or EMR platforms (Epic Cerner McKesson etc.) is highly preferred.
