You will have:

Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development within recruitment or staffing and have demonstrated the ability to secure and convert complex high-value opportunities.

Data Center Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Data Center Critical Infrastructure Construction Engineering Energy or related technical sectors.

Relationship Building Skills: Proven experience engaging senior decision makers and establishing long-term strategic partnerships.

Finance expertise: Experience supporting budgets forecasts pipeline management and margin performance.
