The ideal candidate is a results-driven financial professional with a strong background in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and ERP systems capable of delivering precise and meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making. This individual will demonstrate the ability to manage complex financial activities independently while collaborating effectively with program and leadership teams. The Senior Business and Financial Analyst will serve as a key financial resource providing senior-level analytical support across budgeting forecasting financial reporting requisitioning and ERP system utilization. This individual will work closely with program managers leadership and government clients to ensure financial data is accurate current and aligned with organizational and contract requirements. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support program and organizational decision-making identifying trends variances and areas of financial risk or prepare and maintain financial reports for internal leadership and external government stakeholders ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with reporting the preparation of financial briefings presentations and status reports for senior leadership and government with program managers contracting personnel and other stakeholders to ensure financial activities are aligned with program plans and contract and resolve financial discrepancies working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement corrective in the development and improvement of financial processes tools and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and and Experience:Required:Seven (7) years of experience performing financial experience in financial reporting budgeting requisitioning forecasting and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial security clearance (Secret or higher).Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
