Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in FinTech and digital payments to support payment product initiatives. The role involves requirement gathering functional analysis payment workflow documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant payment solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements

Work with stakeholders product owners and engineering teams to refine payment solutions

Document payment workflows including authorization settlement reconciliation and exception handling

Create user stories acceptance criteria process flows and functional documentation

Conduct impact analysis for system and regulatory changes

Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog grooming and sprint planning

Perform functional testing and support UAT activities

Monitor payment metrics and recommend process improvements

Ensure compliance with payment regulations and security standards

Required Skills:

Experience in the FinTech and Payments domain

Knowledge of SWIFT (MT/MX) ACH NACHA formats and securities messages

Strong SQL JIRA Confluence and data analysis skills

Agile/Scrum experience with Epics and User Stories

Python knowledge is a plus

Exposure to AML/Financial Crimes tools like Actimize is preferred
